Karen Thielemann is an experienced professional in the field of human resources. She has over 20 years’ experience working in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Local Government. Karen has worked with both small business and multi-national organisations. Her experience spans a range of HR roles including HR leadership, employee relations, learning and development, remuneration, recruitment, HR information systems and health and safety.
Karen’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Business Management) and a Master of Human Resource Management (Human Resource Development). She also has qualifications in training and development.
She is also Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and an accredited Facet 5 and DiSC facilitator.
